Terminate Environmental is committed to ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 25 May 2018.
WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA In order for us to provide our pest control services and support for customers at their home, work, business premises or for tenanted properties, we need names, addresses, telephone numbers and an email address. Your information is only used by employees and management at Terminate Environmental and is not passed onto any third parties.
THE INFORMATION WE HOLD We will only hold information that is relevant for us to provide you with the services you have undertaken with us. The information held is typically, first and last names, location address, telephone number and email addresses. This information is held for as long as is reasonably necessary for us to provide the requested service and is available only to TERMINATE staff members. It is not available to any third party.
HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION HELD We only keep the bare minimum of client data on our systems. Our computers and devices are protected by leading Antivirus and Malware software. Our office and computers are also locked at the end of each day.
MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION We are respectful of the individuals rights when it comes to their personal information, to this end we want our customers to know that they can have access to the information we hold about them at any time. Customers can contact us at any time and ask for a Subject Access Request form (SAR) as per recital 63 of the GDPR.
Customers also have the right to ask for the withdrawal of their information at any time without reasons as to why and unless the information is required by law or for legitimate reasons Terminate Environmental will honour this right within the required period.
